Garamond Specimen Booklet

Researching a typeface, it's history, designer, and characteristics of the typeface.

The purpose of this brochure is two-fold design that demonstrate how it is different from other typefaces in the same category, and what makes it special.

In this Project, I researched the timeframe when the font was design. Type is a window into humanity. By examining a typeface, I see the progression of society, culture, fashion, and people. The brochure is also a time capsule showing imagery and what culture was like at that time.
